Menus missing

There is a loss in functionality. Having opened an album I find the menus which usually appear on each pic are not showing and in order to get share codes etc each pic has to be opened in a new tab.

what do you mean? can you link to such page where its missing? i just triple checked and everything seems to be in place?

It's not specific to one album - it's happened on all my pics in every album. I uploaded the last 4 pics of sunsets to my "fav pics" album and I did notice that for a very short time the 4 icon options to share/download/remove/edit were available initially but then disappeared like all the others.

Yeah - I guess you can see them but they don't appear for me.

I suspect its something with you pc specifically, i created a new user, uploaded an album and i still see those images, i`ll ask our dev to check anyway though.

Also you know how it works, usually when there is a bug, tons of people will report here right away.

Regarding the laptop - I got a new laptop last week but the problem only started a couple of days ago and I have the problem on both the old and new machines. Hopefully it is some temporary localized glitch that it will clear itself in a day or so.

I still cannot see the "hovering" icons. Could it be that my account has somehow been glitched blocking them and that as happened last August (as detailed in the thread I mention above) it needs to be reset to permit the "owner" to see them?

Random Question, do you have ADblock on?

Adblock clashing with the site many times and breaking functions like the one mentioned above.

Also programmer adjusted few things, see if problem still there? or fixed?

No, I don't have any adblocker. Both laptops are just as they were before the Icons failed too appear.…. weird?

To confirm I still have the problem.

Just to clarify that on my "Home page" if I put my cursor on any of my albums then I can see the "hovering icons" for download; delete; lock/unlock etc but once I open an album they do not show on individual pics.

Likewise the "select all" button works on my "home page" - but the one on an individual albums page does not work.

I had this problem on my 4yrs old laptop, then I bought a new laptop a couple of weeks back when using that one I still had no "hovering icons" .That laptop developed a fault and has been replaced by HP and this new one still has no icons showing - so 3 different laptops with no icons tells me the glitch is at your end.

Also regarding no uploads since 2016 - not so - I have been uploading regularly throughout, with the last pics uploaded to my albums within the last few days. So maybe another problem with my account settings?

In addition the reason I'm posting this here is that having replied to your PM twice when I check the "Sent Items" it always show zero items. If the PM was sent then it's not being recorded as such.
