All albums seem to be gone, can't activate years old account

OK, I'm not sure what's going on, my account with pimpandhost has been active for 10 years. All of my albums seem to be gone and a message at the top of the website says that my account is not active because I have not verified my email. Why does my email have to be verified again after all these years? Anyway, when I go to my email box and click on the activation link, I get sent to an error page that reads:

"Bad Request (#400)
Missing required parameters: code

The above error occurred while the Web server was processing your request.

Please contact us if you think this is a server error. Thank you."


So I can't successfully activate my account (which again, has been active for a decade).

Edit: I just checked my email, I never got any email warning that my albums were going to be deleted or that my account would need to be reactivated again after 10 years.

account verification has nothing to do with albums gone. we do not remove anything for not verifying your email.
