Doubble pix in gallery

Hi, i have uploaded with RIGHT CLICK from my PC folder.
Thats works so cool, i love it. When i want to update my
Folder to my gallery, want only the new pictures,
the uploader put ALL pictures from the last session
again in my folder and see it doubble.... or the uploader
makes a new folder with the same name plus a number !!!!!

NEED HELP !!
