Album Download doesn't work

Hi,
if I go to <Download this Album>-Button, the "My Archives"-site is opening and I can read "Archive for album 'xyz': in queue" But there is no more happen. The Download-Link is not generating. Where is the problem?

If I login to pimpandhost there is an message "This mail-adress is not activated." How can I activate my mail adress?

Check your "spam" folder.

ok, and when you check the site itself? what does it say? do you see the zip with archive?

Yea when I first sign on it says ' Your email is not activated . '
I can upload photos and make albums and stuff, but none show up. probably due to the email not being activated.
I have never got an email to activate it yet.
