Bad format upload

upload an image in .png format with transparency and upload in .jpg format why this happens, before it did not happen :(

Well, I do not have any hope as someone answers here, so if someone serves, today I discovered that apparently it has to do with the size of the images, today I put more small images and I put the link with the .png extension and If I put them bigger, I put them with .jpg I do not know why, but apparently it has to do with that, regards
