Deleted pics reappear

Noticed this problem few times already.

When I delete pics from the album and they go into "trash", the link for them says "image removed".
But when I clear the "trash", they reappear on the original link.

For instance:

the issue still persists even though the site layout has changed.

while it says in the main folder that the image has been deleted, the Trash folder cannot be accessed at all, and images can still be accessed via BB.

for example:
http://ist3-4.filesor.com/pimpandhost.com/8/4/8/1/84819/4/6/n/n/46nnK/tumblr_oc5nsmW6yC1sd72xuo1_1280_s.jpg

and i can see those images above are still active, even though they've been deleted more than a week ago.

Trash Folder will be fixed , its a bug, i`ll update when done.

Regarding deleted images i`ll get it fixed also.
