Can't download Album

I have been trying to download album for sometime now.

Whenever I click on download this album, I get the message that the archive is being prepared and I will receive a message when the download is ready. But I do not get the mail for the same. In the archives folder, all the past album archive requests are absent. I have to start again, but I think that the feature is not working.

I agree. I have had not success downloading an album of photos.

We did test this and it did work for us, can you please provide link to the album you would like to zip, so we can test on your album?

and download the zip from there.

P.S: you should be getting mail also. make sure your email is correct.

I have a number of archives q'ed for me to download. They have not progressed in 24 hours to ready when the e mail is sent to me. Is the feature broken - please advise

having the same problem. in my archives it says the album is in a que and that is as far as it goes. also albums i have already downloaded are not going after 24 hours. at present it says they will expire in 4 days

Sadly, nothing has changed for me. Not even when I gave you (pimp) a few months ago the link of the folder you asked for in a pm, got no responds, too bad.

But still I want to download that album, tried again so yesterday....it isnt working for me. No email, no link...it just stays in que, until that message goes away as well.
