Is both this site and .com don't work for a few minutes/hours/days, and then it comes back on, then off, then on, and so forth, or is it just me?

I have been having lots of problems with the site being down more than not lately too

yes as i said its beeing taken care off. its problems due to our hosting power off which killed our servers. now its beeing already fixed.
